Some of the most interesting shooting of
The iDol took place along the Tamagawa River
in Tokyo's Setagaya ward. On this location, not more
than five minutes from legendary Nikkatsu Studio,
the production created the homeless shelter for
actor Yukijiro Hotaru. The final night of shooting
featured Hotaru squaring off against the Oavian, a
visiting space alien!
